Welcome to Launch Labs AI. By accessing or using our website at launchlabsai.com and our application at app.launchlabsai.com (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Launch Labs AI is a trading name of Griffolyon Ltd ("we," "our," or "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Launch Labs AI provides an AI-driven platform for startup planning, including but not limited to market research, financial projections, business model generation, and social media scheduling. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription level.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account using Google Single Sign-On (SSO) or a Magic Link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or specified in a refund policy.

5. Use of AI and Content

Our Platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (including Google Gemini) to generate business insights and content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated output.
  • Ownership: You own the specific startup data you input and the content generated for your startup. However, we retain ownership of the Platform's underlying software, algorithms, and models.

6. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with third-party services such as Plaid (for financial data), Stripe (for payments), and various Social Media platforms (via OAuth). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our express permission.
  • Input sensitive personal data of third parties without their consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Griffolyon Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly). We do not guarantee business success or financial outcomes based on the use of our Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
